The New Man

Ephesians 2:14,15 “For He Himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has torn down the dividing wall of hostility by abolishing in His flesh the law of commandments and decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of two, thus making peace” by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of two, thus making peace.

Ephesians 2:10
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.”

Life is amazing! We go from Adam into Christ and keep going forever. However, we must get past the barrier of our attachment to Adam. PROBABLY the most dangerous barrier we will ever have to be concerned about.
Why is it so dangerous? First of all, darkness has no love for our heavenly Father, but God is more powerful than Satan. In other words, darkness (demons) is weaker than the
creator of all of life, who is in control. However, God did create us in his image, and also gave us a choice. Do I give my life to God? And live for him? My other choice is, do I give my life to the darkness (demons) and live
my life there? What gives us ‘action’ or guidance in our making a choice? First of all, look around you. Are you seeing good, or are you seeing the terrible things going on—right in front of you and around you? Vision and awareness can—will—speak very loud to your mind and heart. Words coming out of a human’s mouth, coming from his heart, are certainly a sign. What does that tell
us? Jesus asked the question: Can a fruit tree produce good and bad fruit at the same time? No—it is either good or bad. Your ears can also be a guide to your decisions, of what spirit to follow—and give your life to. Jesus has promised us that he will never leave us nor forsake us. Match that compared to what Saten does for those who follow him: sin/dread/lies/hurt/sickness/no money/no food/anger/lack of sleep/unhealthy friends/drugs to kill people. He is not concerned about anyone or anything. A monster with a nice MASK on. You get the picture? Now you have some guidelines to make a choice of whom to follow. Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. God, Jesus and Holy Spirit are for sure our friends and guides. They lead us NOT into temptation!
