Snowflakes falling, rain falling, debris falling from space, baseballs falling onto a crowded stadium, apples falling from an apple tree, leaves falling from trees during autumn’s season is quite normal. The Spirit falling is different. It has no season; however, seasons are rolled into one beautiful season—titled ‘any time.’ Unlike rain falling, in which we can watch blackened clouds pushing normal white clouds out of their way. This black superseding white helps us in our mother nature’s college of ‘prediction.’ Now we have somewhat of a chance at predicting the possibility of ‘soon to be rain falling.’
We must not stop at mother nature’s abilities. God created all of nature, and, of course, he is the source of all in Spirituality. This is an old door that opens to all, if that is our hearts’ desire.

28It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions. 29Even on the male and female servants, I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
It is difficult to ‘put into words’ how this tells us that the Holy Spirit has been poured out, upon my (our) flesh. I can share ‘my’ thoughts, and they may be totally different than someone else’s. I can say, “A beautiful white silvery cloud fell on me.” My entire ‘being’ (life) accepting the job the Holy Spirit was about to perform. A cleansing plus healing touched my entire being. Days later, it continued its work—saying, “I am with you always.”

And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee, saith Jehovah, to deliver thee.
I firmly believe that there is a plan ‘working in heaven,’ that all the power is in their hands and reach—which will cause a spiritual breakthrough around the globe, and the power of our living God/Jesus and the Holy Spirit will be 100% in the driver’s seat. (Satan and his evil cohorts will have to take the rear seat, in which they will fall back to fire where they came from.)
